Welcome to Fresh Basket, a subscription service provided by The Farmers Alliance. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1.Ā Overview
Fresh Basket offers weekly deliveries of farm-fresh produce and other food items. Our subscriptions are managed through Seal Subscriptions and fulfilled with products grown by G. Flores Farm. These terms apply to all users of the site, whether browsing, purchasing, or subscribing.
2. Subscriptions and Payments

By subscribing, you agree to receive a weekly delivery of produce and to be billed automatically on a recurring basis.

Payments are processed through Shopifyās secure checkout system.

Subscriptions renew weekly unless paused or canceled by the user.

All subscription changes, pauses, skips, or cancellations must be made before Wednesday at 11:59 PM to take effect for the upcoming Saturday delivery.
3.Ā Add-On Purchases

Customers can purchase Add-On items with or without a Fresh Basket subscription.

Add-Ons must be checked out and paid for by Wednesday at 11:59 PM to be included in that weekās delivery.

Add-On deliveries occur only on Saturdays, the same day as subscription deliveries.
4. Delivery & Pickup

Deliveries are made every Saturday. Customers who are not home are encouraged to leave a cooler out to help preserve the freshness of their produce.

If you wish to switch from delivery to pickup (or vice versa), you must contact us via the Contact Form before the weekly cutoff.

It is the customerās responsibility to ensure delivery addresses are accurate and accessible.
5. Gifting & Multiple Subscriptions

Customers can create multiple subscriptions under one account with different delivery addresses.

Each subscription must be checked out separately and paid for individually.

All active subscriptions can be managed through your account dashboard.
6.Ā Refunds & Issues

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

If an item arrives damaged or missing, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery using our Contact Form and include a photo if possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
7.Ā Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Any activity under your account will be assumed to have been authorized by you unless reported otherwise.

9.Ā Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
