Shipping (Delivery) Policy

Fresh Basket delivers every Saturday to the addresses provided at checkout. We deliver to all Washington DC ZIP codes including Chevy Chase (20015) and Bethesda, Maryland (20815).

• Add-Ons and Fresh Basket subscriptions are delivered on Saturdays.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address.
• If you will not be home during delivery, we recommend placing a cooler outside your door to help keep your produce fresh, especially during warmer months.
• Delivery method changes (to or from pickup) must be requested via our Contact Form before Wednesday at 11:59 PM to take effect for that week’s delivery.

We do not currently offer nationwide shipping.
