Fresh Basket is a seasonal subscription that connects you directly with local farmers and fresh, regionally grown produce by delivering seasonal produce grown by G. Flores Farm every Saturday. When you subscribe, you’ll receive a curated basket of fruits, veggies, and goods each week—available only during our active farmers market season, which runs from now through December 1, 2025.

  • Pause, change, or cancel anytime. To apply changes to your next delivery, please be sure to make all updates by Wednesday at 11:59 PM.

  • We deliver every Saturday to select D.C. zip codes (20008, 20015, 20016). If you’re not home, leave a cooler outside to keep your produce fresh.

When is delivery?

We deliver every Saturday to eligible addresses in Washington, D.C. You’ll receive a curated box of seasonal produce from G. Flores Farm right at your doorstep. If you won’t be home, we recommend placing a cooler outside to help protect your items from heat or the elements.

When does the Fresh Basket subscription run?

Fresh Basket follows the local farmers market calendar. For 2025, the subscription is active until December 1. After that, subscriptions are paused for the off-season. You won’t be charged during this time, and we’ll notify you when the new season opens.

Do I need to cancel after December 1?

Nope! Your subscription will automatically pause. You’ll receive an email update before the new season starts, so you can pick right back up when we reopen.

Can I pick up instead?

Pickup is available on a case-by-case basis. If you’d prefer to pick up your Fresh Basket, please reach out to us using the Contact Form before Wednesday at 11:59 PM. We’ll review your request and let you know if pickup is possible that week. We’ll provide instructions if approved.

What zip-codes do you deliver to?

Right now, we’re delivering exclusively to these Washington, D.C. ZIP codes:

20008, 20015, and 20016.

We’re just getting started, and we plan to expand delivery zones soon! 

How do i skip or cancel?

You can manage everything from your account dashboard. You can skip a week, pause your deliveries, or cancel your subscription anytime. Just make sure to do it before Wednesday at 11:59 PM to avoid being charged for that week’s delivery.

Can i send a Fresh Basket to someone else?

Absolutely! You can gift a Fresh Basket by creating a second subscription under your account with a different delivery address. Just complete a separate checkout for each recipient. All your subscriptions can be managed from one account.
